SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders are processed every Saturday, please order by midnight on Friday for delivery the following week. We hand print every item so please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order in busy periods. We are based on the Isle of Wight and every order will be sent first class. Once your item has been shipped, we will email you with the tracking information for your order.
Please remember that we do ship our orders plastic free, so ensure that if you are having your order delivered to a safe place, that area is dry.

UK shipping cost are £4 for 1 item, £5 for 2 items, £6 for 3 items, £7 for 4 items, £8 for 5 items and £10 for 6 plus items
Goods can be returned to us to receive a refund as long as done so withing 14 days of receiving the parcel.
We only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items. Items that have been worn will not be accepted. If an item is unwanted, you will be liable for shipping costs.
We recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Until we have received your returned item, the parcel will still be your responsibility. Proof you have sent it will not be sufficient.

Once the item has been returned and we have confirmed the problem, we will then process your refund, this will be he price of the garment and shipping costs. It will take up to 30 days for the payment to be processed.
